I really do think this is a very easy calamari recipe!! This calamari has just the right amount of seasoning and a perfect light and crispy exterior.

3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup rice flour (substitute with corn or potato starch/flour)
1 tbsp old bay seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
maldon salt to finish
