Find PEEPS his Own Duck. . Maybe let them Bond away from the OTHER DUCKS. WHAT A PRECIOUS BABY! I had a baby Duck who thought I was his Mom. . I LOVED that precious baby. He was hatched in an incubator so He imprinted on Humans. We did find him HIS OWN Family from similar raisings. ALWAYS MAKES ME SMILE TO THINK OF "LITTLE DUCK". .

Geese mate for life. I don’t know that Mallards do. Read about them. I had them in the pond of my apt complex. The males gang up on the girl to mate her. It’s quite rough and mean. She has the ability to keep the sperm from the make she chooses based on those feather patterns. Watch some mating vids and you will be like NO! Poor girl

Peeps is lovely I always wanted a pet duck but olive in the city so it wouldn’t be fair on them but I’m sure he will settle in nicely with the littles 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

So sweet! But be very careful with him tho. I took over raising a Canada Goose that was hand reared by another family. He didnt think he was a goose tho cause he imprinted on humans. He refused to hang around the wild ducks and geese in my pond. He only would goto the pond if I took him and waited while he swam. Sadly he was killed a week after he came to live with us. He was on the lawn at night and a coyote killed him. So if he's not going to the pond with the geese and ducks... especially at night might need to put him in a dog kennel or somewhere where the coyotes and other predators won't get him. Seems as though LE is a "Birdman"! With the challenge of "pecking order" & predictors it wouldn't surprise me if "Peeps" becomes another house pet. He's already a people pet.
