In Michigan I have seen only Red Fox they are rather skinny .. I have seen Fox with Mange too almost no hair.. Seems the mange usually wipes the Wild Fox out.. Now days we do have Coyotee around however. Way too many Raccoons the Coyotees and Fox need to eat more Racoons.. I just remembered I did see a Silver Fox or Gray Fox dead in the road once,.. A Fur Buyer told me not to touch it.. He said it's not worth the risk to touch it and catch mange.. and Furs have almost no value in present Economy .. Must have been 25 years ago ..
