I found a RARE 1975 Gran Torino Elite in North Dakota. Of course, it hasn't run in many, many years, so I had to have it sight unseen. The surprise is, after looking into it the 400 engine was locked up solid. Plus mice ate EVERYTHING electrical. More dijical work, great. Think it will even run at all? If it does, think it will make it 600 miles home? Watch and find out!

Please, save yourself some time and use PB Blaster. That stuff will loosen any rusted nut or bolt way better than anything else. I mean, the stuff is even made in Cleveland. The fact that it's made in a rust belt city should tell you something about the product. It works!

Looking for tune-up advice, how to get the best fuel efficiency. upgrading does sound like less maintenance but questioning ROI Return On Investment? btw the car has sat for 8 years and running well on warm days. but if I don't let it warm up 20* F or colder and try to drive off after 10 min it seems rough until it gets to operating temp. also after 45 to 1hr idle to op temp. it will kill the motor most of the time when I change gears R or D. I haven't noticed during warmer days dying during gear change but I have only had it for three weeks.

I am in love with this car! I used to have a 197? Gran Torino back in 1984 for my first car! It had the 351 Windsor, I took it out and put the 351 Cleveland with a high-rise 4 barrel intake. That's all that motor needed to smoke anyone. Do you still have it? Would you be willing to give it away to a dedicated follower of your channel or sell it? We are in desperate need of a second vehicle and would love a blessing. We absolutely enjoy watching every video. You are hilarious and extremely knowledgeable and we learn and laugh allot.
