Conor McGregor tore his ACL during the second round of a fight against Max Holloway at UFC Fight Night 26 in 2013. McGregor was still able to win the fight in what is one of the toughest UFC moments in history! It's not just about pain tolerance, but the instability that McGregor would have had in his knee makes this a pretty wild story that he was able to survive and win the fight.
