It's one of those memes that they can't legally take down because it holds true to fact check standards. Unless you have been hiding under a rock since the election, you will have noticed that Facebook and Twitter have banned tons of Conservative accounts and memes. Silly memes with Minions or Spongebob Squarepants saying something silly have been "fact checked" then taken down. Meanwhile all the Democratic memes and accounts are safe and left unfact checked.
