Just finished the manga and fuck it hurts to see this go. I loved this story and I will love it forever. But for people who cannot handle sadness and pain well I do not recommend because this pulled at my heartstrings with so much force.

Since the characters all met each other before they became family, I really wasn't put off by that "incest" thing at all. Are you supposed to give up a love interest because your parent got married to your love interest's parent? That's not fair. I felt for those people being put in a really shitty situation. I didn't get why they had to put all those hentai scenes in an otherwise touching drama show. Personally, I was always put off by it.
